Videos are a great way to spice up your blog. In fact, the form has proven so popular that pure video blogs - or "vlogs " - are popping up all over the Internet. If you'd like to join in on the fun, posting a video using Blogger is simple. It's not currently possible to directly host video files on Blogger. However, you can embed or link to video files on your blog as long as they are hosted elsewhere on the Web. For example, to embed a video from YouTube, just copy and paste the code from the "Embed" box into your posting form while in "Edit HTML" mode Ã' you can also find this code in the "About This Video" box when you're watching the video. An "Embed HTML" box is also on the "Edit Video " page if the video is yours. For more information on embedding YouTube videos, you can check out the Sharing YouTube Videos page at the YouTube Help site. If you want to use a video file that isn't hosted at YouTube, the steps are still pretty much the same. Simply obtain the URL of the hosted file and then insert it between the quotation marks in the following HTML code:<embed src="VIDEO_URL"></embed>
It's that simple. If you want to adjust the height, width or other more complicated attributes, there are tutorials available online that can help you do so. Source: Blogger Help
